Q: What hours do you provide onsite service?
A: Our normal hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. However, we also provide after hour and weekend services based on availability. There is no extra charge for after hours or weekends.

Q: How long does it take to remove viruses, spyware and trojans?
A: That depends on several factors, such as internet access and speed, number of infections, and various other problems that may be contributing to your PC usage. In many cases, we can clean a PC in around 1 hour.

Q: Can you setup a home network?
A: Yes. We can setup both wired and wireless home networks. We also show you how to secure a wireless network, which most home PC users do not know how to do.
